Shipping Policy

At FairyGene, we provide clear and reliable shipping solutions for both sample and bulk contract manufacturing/private label orders.

Sample Orders
We offer samples for clients who wish to evaluate product quality before finalizing bulk orders.
Within the United States, a shipping fee of $1.50 per sample applies. Delivery time is typically 5–8 business days via standard ground shipping.
For international shipments, a flat fee of $150 applies. Delivery time is estimated to be within 30 days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
All sample orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Bulk Production Orders
For large-scale production such as 200 kg / 55 Gallon Drums, shipping is arranged on a quotation basis after client inquiry and order confirmation.
Shipping fees are calculated based on order volume, delivery location, and transportation method. Clients will receive a detailed shipping quotation for review and approval before payment.
For domestic U.S. deliveries, transit time is typically 5–8 business days.
For international deliveries, the estimated shipping time is up to 30 days, subject to destination and logistics availability.
Clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import clearance required in their country.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number to monitor the shipment status directly through the carrier’s platform.

Important Notes
We do not ship bulk orders to P.O. boxes.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays due to weather, customs, or third-party carriers may occasionally occur. We will do our best to assist in resolving any issues but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
