Supply Chain Operational Standards

Governance & Application
These standards govern all suppliers providing materials or services to FairyGene, unless expressly modified by written contract or Sourcing Policy. FairyGene may periodically refine these requirements based on stakeholder feedback, regulatory shifts, or business evolution.

Accountability
Non-compliance may result in business disqualification or contract termination. Feedback is welcomed at sales@fairygene.com.

Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility
FairyGene requires strict adherence to global ethical principles:

Human Rights & Labor: Compliance with laws prohibiting forced/child labor, discrimination (race, gender, religion), and human trafficking. Uphold fair wages, collective bargaining rights, and safe working conditions.
Environmental Stewardship: Actively reduce pollution, track carbon emissions (Scopes 1-3), and protect biodiversity. Conflict minerals and RSPO-certified palm oil sourcing are mandatory where applicable.
Governance: Prohibit bribery, corruption, antitrust violations, and conflicts of interest. Maintain confidentiality through documented policies.

Supply Chain Operational Standards
Transactional Integrity

Confirm purchase orders (quantity/date/price) within 5 calendar days.
Notify delivery delays immediately; changes ≤10 days before shipment require 5-day notice.
Orders canceled ≥14 days pre-delivery incur no penalty.

Delivery & Materials

On-Time Performance: ≤2 days early tolerance; zero late deliveries accepted.
Shipment Accuracy: ≤5% over-shipment allowed; under-shipments prohibited without authorization.
Material Requirements:
- C of A per lot, SDS for hazardous materials.
- ≥75% usable shelf life; single-lot shipments.
- Packaging costs included in material pricing.

Performance & Quality

Service Level: ≥95% on-time, in-full, defect-free delivery.
Lead Times/Pricing: Notify changes ≥30 days in advance; >±5-day adjustments require FairyGene approval.
Warranty: Materials must meet specifications, cGMP standards, and be defect-free.
Nonconformance: Resolve SCARs within 30 days; liable for direct costs incurred by FairyGene.

Sustainability & Compliance

Disruptions must be reported within 1 calendar day.
Discontinued products require 3 months’ notice with open PO fulfillment.
Actively reduce water/energy consumption; prioritize certified sustainable materials.
Adhere to all U.S./local regulations (FDA, OSHA, FTC) and participate in audits upon request.
