Return & Refund Policy

At FairyGene, all orders are custom manufactured in bulk and made-to-order based on prior agreement and signed contract with each client. As a contract manufacturer and private label service provider, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for finalized and approved orders.

Order Confirmation

Before production begins, every order goes through a detailed quotation, sampling, and approval process. A formal agreement is signed, and the client confirms all specifications including formula, packaging, and quantity.

Samples

Clients may request samples before placing a full production order to evaluate formula, texture, performance, and packaging. All sample purchases are final and non-refundable, as they are created specifically for testing purposes and are not resalable. We recommend clients carefully review and test samples before proceeding to bulk production.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom nature and large volume of manufacturing (e.g. 200 kg drums), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once the production process has started. This policy ensures the integrity of our formulation process and protects product safety and quality.

Exceptions for Damaged Goods

If your shipment is damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 days of delivery with photographic evidence and delivery details. We will assess and resolve such cases on a case-by-case basis.

Client Responsibility

We strongly encourage clients to fully review samples, quotations, and contracts prior to confirming any order. Production will only begin upon written approval and receipt of deposit, ensuring transparency and mutual agreement at every step.
