FairyGene Sourcing Policy

Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to define the responsibilities, principles, and measurable goals that guide sourcing activities at FairyGene. This policy applies to 100% of procurement decisions where FairyGene holds sourcing authority, particularly for direct materials used in our manufactured products. We are committed to ethical sourcing, supplier transparency, and environmental stewardship. Feedback and inquiries are welcome from employees, suppliers, and partners at sales@fairygene.com.

Policy Objectives
Developed through collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and executive leadership, this policy aims to:

• Ensure Responsible Procurement
  The FairyGene Sourcing Team is responsible for establishing and maintaining a resilient, ethical, and value-driven supply network. We conduct all sourcing with integrity and expect our suppliers to comply with codes of conduct, anti-bribery laws, data privacy standards, and corporate social responsibility guidelines.

• Advance Sustainable & Ethical Sourcing
  FairyGene prioritizes suppliers who:

  • Offer certified sustainable materials (e.g., RSPO-certified palm oil, FSC-certified pulp)

  • Demonstrate reductions in carbon emissions, water usage, and waste

  • Promote post-consumer and post-industrial recycled content in packaging

  • Support social and economic diversity, such as minority- or women-owned businesses

  • Comply with ESG policies, Conflict Minerals standards, and sustainability certifications

• Invest in People & Capability Development
  We believe our people are key to our progress. FairyGene provides sourcing professionals with ongoing training in sustainable procurement, supplier risk management, and innovation trends. All team members are expected to stay current with industry best practices and actively collaborate with our supplier network to drive improvements.

• Set Clear Goals and Measure Progress
  FairyGene establishes and tracks annual sourcing goals in the areas of:

  • Sustainable raw material and packaging sourcing

  • Supplier ESG compliance and reporting

  • Scope 3 emissions transparency

  • Progress with diverse supplier engagement
    These goals are reviewed and updated annually, and team members are accountable for achieving results as part of their performance metrics.
