Terms of Service

Welcome to FairyGene. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and services. By placing an order, requesting samples, or interacting with us through this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Custom Manufacturing Model

FairyGene operates as a private label and contract manufacturer. All orders are produced on a made-to-order basis and are tailored to the specific needs and formulations of each client. We do not offer ready-to-ship consumer products.

2. Order Process

All bulk production orders require a formal consultation, quotation, sampling, and signed agreement. Production begins only after written confirmation of all product specifications (formulas, packaging, volumes) and receipt of deposit. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final once the production process has started.

3. Sample Orders

Clients may request product samples before placing a full order. Samples are made specifically for each client’s evaluation and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment terms and schedules are clearly defined in the service agreement. Production does not begin until initial payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

All formulas, packaging designs, and brand assets developed in collaboration with FairyGene remain the property of the client once payment is completed, unless otherwise stated in a contract. We respect and protect the confidentiality of all custom developments.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are agreed upon in advance. FairyGene is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure. Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details.

7. Product Quality and Liability

We adhere to strict quality control standards. However, the final use, distribution, and labeling of the product remain the responsibility of the client. Clients must ensure regulatory compliance in their destination markets.

8. No Returns or Refunds

As a custom manufacturer, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for approved and finalized orders. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
